HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Highstreetjewelry offers a free returns service to all customers.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return the item to HSJ. We strongly recommend that you book your return within 7 days of receiving your order or receiving you Ready to Collect email to ensure it arrives back to the HSJ in time. We can only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered.
FREE WORLDWIDE COLLECTION
- Sign in to Highstreetjewelry and go to My Account
- Under Orders History select an order and click on Return Order next to the product you want to return. Please note, if you are returning items from multiple HSJ, you will need to request a return collection for each HSJ
- Select ?Return by courier?
- Select the item(s) you would like to return and follow the steps to schedule a pick-up time and address
- Print out the Air Way Bill and attach it the outside of the parcel (there will be a label for each package plus an archive copy that you must give to the courier)
- If you have been provided with a Returns Invoice for Customs, please print two copies and enclose one inside the package and a signed copy on the outside of the package with the Air Way Bill.

- Under Order History select an order and click on Return Order next to the product you want to return. Please note, if you are returning items from multiple HSJ, you will need to create a return for each HSJ.
- Select Return in-store
- Select the item(s) you would like to return and follow the steps to select the HSJ you want to return to
- Take your package(s) and the returns confirmation email to your chosen HSJ
REFUNDS
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it, and if the item is found to be in its original box with original packaging and sealed tag intact, or defective or damaged with the sealed tag intact, we will process the refund by your original payment method. Payments will normally take a few days but may take up to 30 working days to process. The original purchase price of returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping, duties and taxes.
RETURNS POLICY
- Please note we can only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered. If you have returned an item for a country other than your delivery country, you might have to pay additional import duties.
- We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Watches and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box
- If the item comes with a security tag, this must be left on. If the security tag is removed, then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded
