Returns & Refunds

How to return your order

High Street Jewery provides a free return service for all customers.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the item to HSJ. We strongly recommend that you book a Return Request within 7 days of receiving your order or receiving a “ready to receive” e-mail to ensure that you arrive at the HSJ in a timely manner. We can only collect the refunded request from the same country to which the application was delivered.

Sign in to and go to My Account

Under “Order history,” select an order and click “Return request” next to the product you want to return. Please note that if you are returning multiple pieces of HSJ, you must request a return request for each piece of the HSJ.

Select the product you want to track and follow the steps to schedule the delivery time and address

Print the air bill of lading and paste it outside the package (there will be a sticker for each package plus a copy you give to the shipping company).

If you are provided with a customs return invoice, please print two copies and attach a copy inside the package and a signed copy on the outside of the package with the air bill.

As soon as we receive the discarded product, we will inspect it. If the product is found in its original box and the packing tape is intact, damaged or damaged with a proper packing tape, we will process your original refund in the same way as payment or payment. Refunds typically take a few days, but may take up to 30 business days to process. The original purchase price of the returned products will be refunded except for the original cost of shipping, duties and taxes.

Retrieval policy

Please be aware that we can only collect returned products from the same country as your order. If you have returned a product for a country other than the delivery country, you may have to pay additional import charges.

We recommend that all customers check the pieces well on delivery before removing any of the attached labels and before disposing of any original packaging.

Products that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unused should be returned with their original marks. The watches and accessories should be returned in the original boxes available and inside the protective shipping box.

If the product is accompanied by a security mark, it must be left. If the security flag is removed, the returned product will not be compliant with the cookie policy and will not be refunded.

The pierced earrings including the hanging earrings and the stud earrings are non-refundable and non-replaceable for hygiene and safety reasons. If there is a defect, the returned goods will be returned except for the shipping cost when using the free return service. Note: Customer bears the cost of shipping, as well as duties and taxes.
